High Parks Villa - Bedale

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy lodge nestled in beautiful surroundings. the smell of pine hit us as we entered the well-maintained Pheasant Lodge, which was super clean and had a comfy bed. the friendly and welcoming staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We loved the option of hiring the BBQ hut and enjoyed a delicious meal despite the rain. the breakfast options were great and the bathroom had a lovely warm shower.

We had a wonderful stay at Owl Lodge in Bedale. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect - from the cozy firepit where we watched wildlife, to the comfortable bed and the adorable owl night light in the bathroom. We appreciated the free-roaming chickens, the thoughtful gifts of prosecco, chocolate, and milk, and the clear communication from Scott. The location allowed us to explore nearby towns and enjoy a relaxing break. We can't wait to visit again!

I recently stayed at High Parks in Bedale for three nights with my boyfriend and it was absolutely perfect. The location was lovely and quiet, with only three huts, allowing us to hear the wildlife at night and see the stars clearly. We enjoyed using the cozy BBQ hut, and the attention to detail with books, games, and cute pheasant theming was a nice touch. The couple who run the place were incredibly helpful, providing great advice on where to eat and visit. The surrounding area offered plenty of things to do, and we particularly loved the friendly miniature horses. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The cabin was clean and cosy. The location was great as it was surrounded by beautiful surroundings. We loved the private gas barbecue and fire pit, perfect for a romantic evening.

The cabins at High Parks are absolutely gorgeous and even more spacious than they appear in the pictures. The bathroom is lovely with a really nice shower and impressive use of space. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The bbq hut is excellent value for money and has all the amenities you need. Attention to detail is evident with added touches like board games, comfortable blankets, and generous tea and coffee supplies. The heating system, well-kept grounds, and extremely comfortable beds make for a perfect stay.

had the most amazing stay in bedale at this beautiful farm retreat. we were greeted with warm welcomes and even had rose petals on the bed for valentines! cozy cabin with everything you need, including a bbq hut and board games. perfect way to recharge and relax.

The hotel breakfast could be improved with better washing facilities for after meals. A communal outdoor sink with hot and cold water would be a great addition to the facilities.

Finding the hotel could be a bit tricky as there was limited signage, so it would be helpful to have more directions provided. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have a washing up facility available, as boiling the kettle to fill up the bowl after every meal became tedious.
